Our greenhouse is moving
Since 1 Octobre we are proud owners of a new greenhouse and soon also of the associated house! A nice step, this move to a larger company. The desire to expand has been around for some time and now this is the moment. At our new location we can grow even more plantes, ensure a better supply for our customers and we will start expanding our range. More space also means more variety. With this modern greenhouse at the Groeneweg in 's-Gravenzande, we are preparing for the future!
A lot still needs to be done before we can move all the way to the new greenhouse. All kinds of plants are still growing in our 'old' greenhouse and we are still very busy with this. However, no new plants are being planted here, all our new supply is now being planted in the greenhouse. On Novembre 2, our first shipment of youngplants were potted there. This means that there is now a lot of shuttling back and forth between the different locations.
We are also working hard on optimizing the greenhouse at the Groeneweg. We do this in collaboration with various great companies like Klaas Quartel Loonwerk, Knuiman en Barten & Hoogenraad. We hope to show you some photos of the end result soon!
Voordat we helemaal over zijn naar de nieuwe kas moet er nog veel gebeuren. Er groeit nog van alles in onze 'oude' kas en hier hebben we het nog flink druk mee. Er worden hier echter geen nieuwe planten meer gepoot, al ons nieuwe aanbod wordt gepoot aan in de nieuwe kas. Op 2 november verdween onze eerste lading plantjes daar al in de grond! Dit betekent dat er nu veel heen en weer gependeld wordt tussen twee locaties.
Ook wordt er aan de Groeneweg nog hard gewerkt aan het optimaliseren van de kas, dit doen we samenwerkingen met onder andere Klaas Quartel Loonwerk, Knuiman en Barten & Hoogenraad. We hopen jullie snel foto's te laten zien van het eindresultaat!
